So, how can you cultivate more creativity in your team? Start with these simple strategies:
1. Focus on diversity. When everyone on your team shares similar backgrounds and experiences, they tend to approach work in the same way. On the other hand, a diverse team can challenge each other and come up with more creative solutions. Start mixing up different groups and backgrounds to encourage new ideas.
2. Embrace constructive failure. Encouraging your team to think outside of the box can lead to some genius ideas that might not always work out. But that’s okay!
